I'm a London based writer, performer and visual artist.

I received a Distinction in MA in Performance Making at Goldsmiths University and graduated with First-class Honours in BA Fine Art from The Cass School of Art (London Metropolitan University).

My practice explores the (mis)representation of Black female bodies within Western society, In order to disrupt, dissolve and deconstruct the negative images of black people which reinforce white supremacy.

I embrace the slur of angry Black woman and use my practice to try and navigate a world that does not make space for me.

I am angry, but I am also determined to heal myself and others. We can resist the stereotypes still used to control us and ultimately we can rise.
